Aziz Seffar joined Ascent Capital Partners in December 2011 as Senior Associate. Prior to that, he spent over 3 years in the Transaction Services department of KPMG in Paris, where he led several buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments for various private equity and corporate clients across a broad range of sectors such as telecommunications, consumer goods and manufacturing. Aziz was also involved in several cross-border transactions including several due diligences on telecom operators in Switzerland, Benin and Democratic Republic of Congo, an M&A due diligence on Lesieur-Cristal and a sell-side for Intermarché in the Balkans.
Prior to his Transaction Services experience, Aziz worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of HSBC Paris where he participated to the execution of several M&A and advisory assignments in France, Europe and the MENA region.
